We begin this adventure by following part of the trail that connects Ponta Delgada to Ponta Ruiva. After crossing a few waterfalls, we reach the great vertical drop with tall prismatic columns identical to Rocha dos Bordões. We then continue through the lower section, where the stunning beauty of nature remains ever-present. At the end of the route, we are rewarded with a beautiful view of the island’s north coast.
